Dry Cleaners in Southern CA Receive Money in Rebates for Energy Efficient Steam Traps At least 50 dry cleaners in Southern California have received more than $100,000 this year through rebates from Southern California Gas Company for buying and installing energy-efficient steam traps-and the numbers are growing.
